Record every vaccination, track when the next dose is due, and get alerts for overdue shots.
Overview
The Vaccination Tracker keeps a complete immunisation history for each animal – vaccine name, disease prevented, date given, next due date, and batch number.
Status is calculated automatically: Done (up to date), Due Soon (within 30 days), or Overdue. The Dashboard shows vaccination alerts so you never miss a critical shot like FMD or Brucellosis.
How It Works
- Go to Dairy → Animal Health → Vaccinations. Each record links to an animal. Set the Validity (Months) and the system calculates the next due date.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Dairy → Animal Health → Vaccinations and click Create.
- Select the Animal.
- Enter Vaccine Name and Disease Prevented (e.g. FMD, HS, Brucellosis).
- Set Vaccination Date and Validity (Months) (usually 6 or 12).
- Enter Dose Number, Batch Number, and vet name.
- Save – the Next Due Date and Status update automatically.
