Manage all products your dairy makes — milk pouches, paneer, ghee, curd — with packaging, pricing, shelf life, and storage requirements.
Overview
The Product Catalog lists every finished good your dairy produces. Each product has type (toned milk, paneer, ghee, etc.), packaging size, fat/SNF standards, selling price, MRP, shelf life, and cold storage requirements.
Products link to processing batches and stock movements, giving you full traceability from raw milk to packaged goods.

Tips
- Set milk-to-product ratio for yield planning: e.g. Paneer needs ~6 litres per kg – helps processing team estimate output.
Common Mistakes
- Selling price above MRP – System will reject if selling price exceeds MRP.
- Missing shelf life – Without shelf life, expiry dates on batches cannot be calculated.
