Students & Staff unifies people records with hostel‑specific fields and validations. Students are enhanced contacts that participate in allocations, attendance, visitors, and billing; staff are employees with document tracking and roles for operational workflows.

• Students: Enable “Is Student” to unlock allocations, contracts, attendance, and compliance checks.
• Staff: Maintain employment details and required documents (e.g., visas/licenses).
• Consistency: Shared master data ensures reliable reporting across modules.

How It Works

• Mark a contact as a Student to use them in Contracts and operations.
• Staff have added document tracking (e.g., visas, licenses).

Step‑by‑Step Guide

• Go to People → Students or Staff.
• Create or open a record and fill in hostel fields.
• Attach required documents and save.
