Dashboards & Analytics

Updated 13 July 2026

Overview

Dashboards give managers a single screen with the numbers that matter – total assets, total value, depreciation this month, maintenance overdue count, budget utilization, and compliance rate. No exporting to Excel required.

Asset Management Pro includes three main dashboards: Asset Analytics, Budget Dashboard, and Compliance Dashboard.

How It Works

Dashboards load data through live API endpoints and refresh when you open them. Charts show trends over time; KPI cards highlight totals and alert counts. Click through from a KPI to the underlying list for details.
