Overview
Dashboards give managers a single screen with the numbers that matter – total assets, total value, depreciation this month, maintenance overdue count, budget utilization, and compliance rate. No exporting to Excel required.
Asset Management Pro includes three main dashboards: Asset Analytics, Budget Dashboard, and Compliance Dashboard.
How It Works
Dashboards load data through live API endpoints and refresh when you open them. Charts show trends over time; KPI cards highlight totals and alert counts. Click through from a KPI to the underlying list for details.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open Asset Pro > Operations > Asset Dashboard for asset KPIs and charts.
- Review total assets, purchase value, current value, and depreciation summaries.
- Check maintenance overdue count and click through to schedule those items.
- Open Asset Pro > Budget > Budget Dashboard for spending utilization by department.
- Open Asset Pro > Compliance > Compliance Dashboard for compliance rate and violations.
- Bookmark dashboards for weekly management reviews.
