Overview
Why it matters: A single wrong week of timesheets or a mis-set holiday can change the whole month’s pay. A day-by-day grid lets payroll spot outliers (zero hours, double OT, missing leave) before money leaves the bank.
What this covers: The Days view (wizard or action on the payslip) lists each calendar day with hours worked, overtime, leave type, and day-off reason (weekend, holiday, etc.), with period totals at the top. Data reflects your configured hours sources and holiday rules.
Use it as the mandatory sanity check between generation and approval/paid.
How It Works
Data is pulled from the configured source (timesheets/attendance/manual). Paid leaves count as Full Day (Paid Leave). Holiday rules mark days as Full/Half Day Off with reasons.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open a payslip and click “Review Days”.
- Check each day’s Hours Worked and Overtime Hours.
- Review Leave Status and Day Off Reason where shown.
- Confirm Totals for hours, days, and overtime.

Common Mistakes
- Counting overtime twice when both timesheets and attendance include it.
