Book and track all services in one place: medical, vaccinations, grooming, training, and boarding.
Overview
Appointments are the time blocks that coordinate people, rooms, and services. A single appointment can represent a quick vaccine, a medical visit, a grooming session, a training session, or a check‑in for boarding. It keeps the schedule organized, drives invoicing, and ensures follow‑ups are not missed.
Each appointment can link to service records (visit, vaccination, grooming, training, boarding) so costs, outcomes, and analytics stay in sync. Status moves through a clear flow—Draft → Confirmed → In Progress → Done (or Cancelled/Rescheduled)—so the whole team immediately sees what’s next.
- Unified booking: One place to manage all types of pet services.
- Operational clarity: Rooms/resources, costs, and follow‑ups in context.
- Billing bridge: Generate invoices quickly from confirmed work.
How It Works
