Set up channels and use notifications to reduce no-shows and keep owners informed.
Overview
Email & Reminders reduce no‑shows and keep owners engaged. Choose channels (Email, SMS, In‑App), craft a clear message, and schedule it at the right time. Use templates for consistency and analytics to fine‑tune timing and content. With auto‑send enabled, reminders go out even when the team is busy.
Delivery status (Pending, Delivered, Failed) provides feedback loops to improve reliability.
