Overview
Each pet record is a living profile for day‑to‑day work and long‑term care. It centralizes the pet’s identity (name, photo, species, breed, gender), legal identifiers (microchip, tag), ownership contacts, and a concise health snapshot (allergies, chronic conditions, diet restrictions, behavior notes).
The profile also acts as a control center: staff can open vaccinations, medical visits, appointments, grooming, training, boarding, and weight history directly from the pet header. Lifecycle data (birth, status, neutered) and the latest weight help teams make quick, safe decisions without hunting across screens.

How It Works
- Create a pet and link an owner (from Contacts).
- Add species and breed to improve vaccine and weight insights.
- Use the top buttons (Vaccinations, Medical Visits, Boarding, Appointments, Grooming, Training, Weight History) for quick navigation.
- Use the tabs for Lifecycle, Health, Weight & Health, Vaccinations, Visits, Boarding, and Appointments.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Pets › Core › Pets.
- Click New and fill in name, species, breed, gender, and owner.
- Add a photo and color/markings for easy recognition.
- Under Lifecycle, set birth date, status, and neutered flag.
- Under Health, note allergies, chronic conditions, diet restrictions, or behavior notes.
- Under Weight & Health, add weight entries or review the latest weight.
- Use action buttons to open Vaccinations, Medical Visits, and more.
