Training

Updated 16 June 2026

Offer programs and run sessions with notes, ratings, and payments.

Overview

Training combines predefined Programs with hands‑on Sessions. Programs describe the curriculum—level, category, target species, session count, duration, and price—so owners know what they’re buying. Sessions log attendance, notes, progress, performance, homework, and ratings, giving a clear picture of improvement over time.

  • Structured learning: Clear objectives and levels guide expectations.
  • Progress evidence: Notes and ratings quantify improvement.
  • Business clarity: Pricing and scheduling are consistent across trainers.

How It Works

  • Set up Programs with levels (Beginner to Expert), target species, sessions, and base price.
  • Create Sessions via Appointments or directly in Training Sessions.
  • Track session notes, progress, homework, performance, and payments.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • Go to Pets › Setup › Training Programs to create programs.
  • Create a Training Session for a pet and select the program and trainer.
  • Confirm, start, and complete the session. Enter progress and feedback.
  • Record payment status and rating.
