Overview
Training Programs are packaged curricula that define what’s taught, who it’s for, and how long it takes. Levels and categories set expectations; target species ensures suitability; session counts and durations make capacity planning straightforward; and a base price simplifies sales.
Programs feed directly into Training Sessions, so progress, ratings, and revenue can be analyzed per program to refine content and scheduling.
How It Works
- Create programs under Pets › Setup › Training Programs.
- Define sessions count and session duration to show total time.
- Use learning objectives and prerequisites to guide expectations.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Pets › Setup › Training Programs.
- Click New. Enter Name and verify the auto Code.
- Choose Level and Category. Add Target Species.
- Set Duration (sessions) and Session Duration (minutes). Price the program.
- Describe objectives, methods, prerequisites, and equipment needed.
- Save. The program appears when creating Training Sessions.
