Profit/Loss Graph (report)

Updated 31 May 2026

Overview

This page explains how to use the Profit/Loss Graph report to compare projects quickly. It’s best for “big picture” questions like: “Which projects need attention this week?”

The Profit/Loss Graph shows each project’s Profit/Loss value in a graph, so you can spot outliers without opening every project. This report is typically available to Administrators only.

Real-life example: you notice one project trending negative. You open it, then check Client Costs (Paid payments), Employee Expense (time cost), and External Expenses to find the reason.
